Tablet Pressure Tutorial

For this tutorial, you must already have a drawing tablet installed.

You should already be able to use your drawing tablet as a substitute for your mouse. However, by default, the applet will not pick up any changes in tablet pressure. This tutorial will show you how to unlock the full capability of your tablet in two easy steps.

Step 1: Download the JTablet Plugin

Cellosoft JTablet v0.9.5 (120 KB)
Homepage

This plugin works for Windows 9x/2k/XP. Unfortunately, there is no version for the Mac. After downloading the plug-in, install it and restart your browser.

Step 2: Enable the Tablet Pressure on the Oekaki

Now when you draw on the oekaki, there is a button labelled "P" on the upper-right of the canvas.

When you click this, a "Tablet" tool will appear.

You can adjust the pressure or size by moving the blue bar of the tools.

If you encounter any problems, please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Java for your computer.

Enjoy ! ! !
